Why one team does ceiling, wiring, and interiors
Most home projects in Rawalpindi and Islamabad involve at least three separate contractors — one for the false ceiling, one for wiring, and one for the interior finishing. When timelines slip, it’s rarely clear whose fault it is, and rework from poor coordination between trades is common.
We started as an electrical and ceiling crew in 2014. As we kept getting asked to recommend a designer who’d actually work around our wiring and ceiling plans, we built that capability in-house instead. Today the same team plans all three trades together from the first site visit, so nothing gets redone waiting on another contractor.
One accountable team
We built LuxeInterior around a simple frustration homeowners kept raising: coordinating a ceiling contractor, an electrician, and a designer separately, then arguing about whose fault a delay was. We do all three in-house.
